Please give 24 hours advance notice of any cancellations

Clothing

Appropriate robes and slippers are provided as a complimentary service to be used while you are our guest. Our attendant will provide this for you when you check in.

Payment

We accept personal checks, cash and most major credit cards.

Gratuities

At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated by De Beauté personnel.

Herbal Steam Shower

We encourage you to enjoy a wonderful herbal steam to compliment any massage or body treatment

To ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all our guests, we uphold a no smoking policy.

Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including, clothing or accessories. Please leave your jewelry at home, one less thing to worry about. We also ask that when appropriate, you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing. For your convenience, private lockers are provided.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check-in. Please note that gift certificates are not refundable.

Privacy

Your privacy will always be respected. We provide you with individual changing rooms. You will be fully covered during all services.

Punctuality

We ask that you kindly check in 15 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to relax and take advantage of our fresh juice bar compliments of De Beauté. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

Relaxation Lounge

For your comfort and convenience De Beauté provides a relaxation lounge for use between services.

Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for credit only.

Cell Phones

De Beauté recognizes the importance of some emergencies: As a courtesy to other patrons and our staff please limit cell phone use strictly to the reception area so that we can provide you and others with excellent and outstanding service.

Our staff is committed to do our best to provide a safe, relaxing, and pleasurable experience to our client. We ask that children be attended to at all times so that we can ensure the safety and well being for all.
